Heather Lewis on Shaded Canvas Work. 10am to 4pm at Bowburn Community Centre

The title is 'Icicles' and the finished design is 8cm x 12cm

Fees are £35 + £40 for the kit which includes 18tpi antique canvas, threads, needles and instruction on completion.

Discover several canvas stitches with this wintery piece. Learn how to blend shades of blue stranded cotton using different stitches to create the icicles with an added touch of silver Diamant thread.

Stitches include Goblin filling, Parisian, Scotch and Milanese.
